Vasectomy Six Weeks Later! Complications Galore!

I am lying in bed in throbbing pain.

Six weeks ago I had a scalpel vasectomy as no one offered no scalpel vasectomies in the city I live in.

I have at least two sperm granulomas, and it feels like the epydidimus on my right testicle has a ton of back pressure and is enlarged.

This surgery has ruined my life so far. I can only walk short distances and sex is difficult.

The surgeon tells me this will all go away on it's own, but I am feeling skeptical.

God please help me and take away this pain.

Heal me, since no one else appears to be able to help me.

I want my life back!
