I wish I could go back in time…

In other words, you are not lazy. You are hormone deficient. Period. 

So here's all you need to know…

Get you hormones up.  And your motivation at work. AND in the bedroom. Will both come back instantly.

So forget the guilt.  And just focus on the hormones. 

That's all you need to do.

Testosterone Lesson 2:  Medical Science Can't Fix This

Cancel your journal subscriptions. And stop wasting time reading medical text books at the library.

Mother nature has all the answers you need.  And all you need to do is play by her rules.  

Problem solved.

And her rules clearly state that you don't hide from the sun.  Eat the processed junk most others call food...

Get off 7 days a week. By yourself.

Slather toxic chemicals all over your body. Or spend half your life jogging on a treadmill.

Nope. You do this instead...

And when you exercise. You go short. And you go hard.

Think sprinting away from a lion to save your ass.  Not loping along with a gazelle just for the fun of it.

And when you get off? 

Make sure your computer is dark. And your woman is in the room. Naked. With you.

Remember…

Real sex elevates hormones.  Solo sex does not. So kill the solo.  And go find your girl.

And one more thing…

Be VERY wary of things that were invented in the last 100 years...

Things like man made chemicals. Packaged foods. Synthetic hormones. Your local drug store.

Look at it like this…

Your body wants to be healthy.  And all you need to do is get out of the way and let it happen.

So let's dump all this negative energy.  And talk about what REALLY works.

Look at this challenge as a game.  Not a duty.

Because duty never lasts. But games do. Because games are fun. And duty is not.
