You haven't been paying attention buddy!
If you'd have spent 10 minutes reading the info on my site, you'd know that your strategy was terribly flawed.
Running 7 days a week, combined with a diet of apples and fat free milk will definitely take the weight off.
But...
A huge chunk of that weight will be lean body mass, or muscle.
Muscle needed for optimal male hormone production.
Muscle that will help keep body fat levels in check, and estrogen levels under control.
You've been playing a classic suckers game, Samir.
Lose weight, by any means possible, and trash your body in the process.
This style of weight loss never, ever, can, or will work in the long run.
Why?
Because it's not sustainable.
You may be able to stick with it for a week.
Maybe even a month if you really, really grit it out...
But...
You will eventually fall off the wagon, and when you do...
All that weight is going to come roaring right back.
But it gets even better...
