Suppressed Testosterone, Fatigue, Anxiety, and Stress!

Suppressed Testosterone, Fatigue, Anxiety, and StressI was previously having
low libido issues, fatigue, anxiety, and stress.
I went to the doctor and he tested my T levels as well as my thyroid.
The Thyroid came back normal, but the T level was 377 at a 2 pm testing.
He wanted to put me on
Testosterone Replacement, but I am engaged and want kids at some point.
I went to the urologist and got checked out. He did a physical exam and said everything appeared normal.
He did not recommend testosterone replacement and said everything is normal and as long as I could get it up when it mattered, not to worry about it.
I have since had a complete test done to measure all of my
male hormone levels and am awaiting the results.
I am 5'10" and weigh 177 pounds. I have had issues with slight
Gyno (Not huge but uncomfortable).
I also smoked for almost 10 years.
I have started back working out and have an appointment with a homeopathic DR. to try to boost my testosterone naturally.
Is 377 considered low for my age or am I over thinking all of this?

Hello Anonymous,
I'll give your urologist some credit for not shoving testosterone replacement down your throat, but he still got it wrong.
At 29 you should be up around 800, not down at three and change
Why?
Because 300 something is old man stuff....
Old man as in losing muscle mass,
fading erections, and sex drive that's gone down the toilet.
The above does not describe typical 29 year old behavior.
You should be a muscle bound, horny, walking erection at your age, and the fact that you're not?
Well, it means you have a little work to do!

You've got two thing going in your favor at the moment...
You're still young, and from the sound of things, you're motivated to get things right.
So...A jump from 377 to 677 shouldn't be too tough for you to pull off.
After that, a little tweaking and patience will send you into what I like to describe as the optimal zone.
And optimal in my book, especially for a guy your age, is as close to 800 as possible.
How do you get there?
