Hi Mark,
My testicles do not produce much sperm these days.
My ejaculation volume has decreased a lot since my 40th, and I'm sure it has a lot to do with lower levels of testosterone, and too much estrogen.
Like most guys, I have lost the fit build I had through my 20's and 30's.
I'm probably 25 pounds overweight, and in desperate need of some more muscle.
I don't eat a paleo diet, but have attempted to control carbs in the past.
I was successful in dropping weight at the time, but for some reason, I drifted off the diet after several months.
I made the mistake of taking Zoloft for a short time, during a very stressful period in my life.
I lost my job, and my home 2 years ago, and was prescribed Zoloft to treat the anxiety I was going through at the time.
One of the side effects of the drug was, I had a very difficult time achieving an orgasm, and my erections took a nose dive too.
In the end, I made a bad situation even worse by going on this drug.
Now I'm looking for ways to reverse this trend, and I must say, your site has been a breath of fresh air.
Any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Louis
