Soy Dangers! Estrogen, Men, & Sexual Side Effects!
Do you eat a lot of soy?
If you do, that may explain a lot of things going on in your life.
Like those little lumps below your nipples.
Those bumps that are quite reminiscent of the little boobs your sister grew back in the 6th grade.
And what about those morning erections that used to wake you up bright and early every morning?
Have those skipped out on you?
If so, you can thank soy for that too.
And that raging libido of yours that used to be so strong just a few short years ago?
Well...
If you're gulping down soy milk by the gallon, tofu by the pound, and soy protein isolate by the spoonful, I've got a clue for you.
It just may be the soy!In all honesty, I'm not blaming the soybean for every single one of your hormonal problems.
There's a whole host of other culprits out there, ready and waiting to rob you of your sex drive and your manhood!
Things like endocrine disrupting chemicals, drugs and medications, high body fat levels, excessive alcohol consumption, etc, etc..
I know all of these contribute to the problem as well, but soy is a special one.
Special because of the massive propaganda machine, that has just about every single human being in North America absolutely convinced, that it's some sort of a magical, wondrous health food.
All this hype for a toxic, nasty tasting bean, that was nothing more than pig food here in the US a mere 100 years ago.
But I can hear you saying now, what about the Chinese, the Japanese, and other Asians who've been consuming soy for centuries?
First off, in Asia soy foods are fermented, which removes toxins and inhibits many of the nasty hormonal side effects.
These foods include...
Non fermented soy foods like soy milk, tofu, protein isolates and industrial made soy sauce are all modern inventions.
Foods humans had never consumed before the industrial revolution.
Also, in Asia soy is typically a compliment, a side, not a main course.
In other words, you won't find many Chinese eating 2 quarter pound sized soy burgers for dinner.
You won't find many who dump half a cup of concentrated soy protein isolate into their morning smoothie either.
But in the US, you most certainly will!
Today, Americans lead the world in soy consumption.
We also lead the world in breast cancer incidence, and have one of the highest rates of prostate cancer in the world as well.
As a matter of fact, next to skin cancer, prostate cancer is the most common cancer in American men.
Are soybeans entirely to blame?
I doubt it, but I can assure you, they're playing their part.
Plant based estrogen's are a nasty thing indeed!
Still not convinced?
