In your experience, once the program is started, how long before one can expect to see physical results of Increased Testosterone, with a proper nutrition and exercise (HIT) program?

It really depends on your current situation.

If you weigh 300 lbs, work in a chemical factory, and have a testosterone level below 150, it may take some time.

On the other hand, if you're in reasonable shape, live a relatively clean life, and have a decent base of testosterone to work with, you'll start to see improvement right away.

Success also depends on your commitment level.

If you aggressively attack the problem from several different angles...

Diet

Exercise

Supplements

Estrogen Control

You'll get there much faster.

This last point is especially key for men past the age of 40.
