In cycling several Testosterone Boosters...
I placed my order, and if I understand correctly, it should go something like this:
MONDAY- Tongkat Ali
TUESDAY- Rhodiola Rosea
WEDNESDAY- Yohimbe Bark
THURSDAY- Horny-Goat Weed
FRIDAY- Muira-Puama
SATURDAY- Passion Rx
SUNDAY- Day off (maybe *Estrogen Blocker, Chrysin or Nettle Root)
MONDAY- Tribulus Terristris
TUESDAY- Catuaba Bark
WEDNESDAY - Mucuna-Pruriens
THURSDAY - Tongkat Ali
FRIDAY- Rhodiola Rosea
SATURDAY- Passion Rx
SUNDAY- Day off (maybe *Estrogen Blocker, Chrysin or Nettle Root)
*Take as needed If I feel sensitive nipples coming on.
THEN keep rotating the supplements but watching for ones with the same ingredients in Passion Rx.
Not sure about DIM yet or just wait and see how Chrysin and Nettle Root do?
Also, the estrogen blockers are the ones I have to think more about, as they should be taken based on my hormone response, as opposed to taken regularly.
Try to keep Testosterone at an 8 to 1 ratio versus Estrogen.

How to Cycle Your Natural Testosterone

Your Cycling plan looks just about perfect.
You'll need to play around with the dosages a bit to find out exactly what works for you.
If a testosterone booster doesn't kick in strong, up the dose until you find the sweet spot.
