Hi Mark,First, I must say this is a very informative site. I like it.
Although I am sort of confused on how to cycle
Testosterone Boosting Supplements.I turned 30 last month and want to be ahead of the game by ensuring my T is always at optimum levels.
I am also a natural body builder and this is very important to me.
So back to my concern.I purchased
1. Ashwagandha 600mg 2 x day MONDAY
2. Avena Sativa 750mg 2 x day TUESDAY
3. Catuba Bark 750mg 2 x day Wednesday
4. Horny goat weed 1000mg 2 x day Thurday
5. Rhodiola Rosea 1000mg 2 x day Friday
6. Tribulus 750mg 2 x day Saturday
7. Forskolin 500mg 2 x day Sunday
So I have been trying this stack out that is pretty new to me.
How it works is you take the herb on ONE ASSIGNED day of the week?
For example I take 2 servings of Tribulus one day of the week and that is on Saturdays. The idea is to constantly trick the body allowing it to react the best rather than building up a tolerance?
Also what products actually make the body produce more test and not just increase libido. I made this list below and need to know which ones boost test and which one are solely meant for libido.

There simply have not been enough studies done on these
sex boosting supplements to determine exactly how each and every one of them works.
They can't be patented, so the incentive just isn't there.
If you can't profit from a study, then why do it.
That being said, not for profit studies are done on rare occasion.
Unfortunately, they typically take a supplement, and give it to the subjects, day in and day out, sometimes for weeks at a time.
As we all know around here, that system is doomed to failure.
You have to cycle your supplements!Overdo it with any herb, and the body's negative feedback loop will kick in, and the product will completely stop working.
The failure to follow this simple principle, is what makes most natural supplement studies useless, in my opinion.

How to Cycle Testosterone Supplements! I'm going to take a stab in the dark here Andy, and guess that you're a perfectionist.
That's not a bad thing in and of itself, but..
I think in this situation, you may be over analyzing things a bit.
Remember...If you take a supplement, and get horny, highly motivated, confident, productive, and energetic, you're definitely headed in the right direction.
Does it matter if this occurs because of increased testosterone, luteinizing hormone, HGH, or even dopamine for that matter?
I don't think so, and here's why!Hormones work in concert together.
I use testosterone booster as a generic term for simplicity sake, but it goes beyond that.
Let me give you a couple of examples...When testosterone levels drop too low, your pituitary gland releases luteinizing hormone into your system.
LH then sends a signal to your
testicles to turn up testosterone production.
So in essence, luteinizing hormone is one tiny step away from testosterone.
We know for a fact that tribulus terrestrus increases luteinizing hormone in men.
So, tribulus does not
directly increase T levels, but it does do so indirectly.
Next...The evidence is pretty strong that mucuna pruriens increase blood levels of L-Dopa. L-Dopa is a precursor to the powerful HGH booster, dopamine.
So with this supplement you go from L-Dopa to dopamine, to
Human Growth Hormone.What does this have to do with testosterone?Studies have shown that elderly men given HGH injections experience increased levels of testosterone.
Now you may be saying to yourself, I'm only 30, maybe the T boost won't happen in a young guy like me!
I say, who cares!You just got a nice big dose of HGH from an affordable, over the counter supplement!
What will this deliver?
How about increased muscle mass, elevated energy, increased sex drive, stronger erections, etc, etc...
Does any of this sound familiar to you?
It sounds a whole lot like testosterone to me.
Here's the way you need to look at it Andy...If these supplements are sending you the muscle, the energy, the sex drive, and the self confidence needed to go out and build a life others can only dream about, why worry?
Finally...You appear to be over analyzing your cycling regime as well.
The concept is very simple.
Take each
supplement for one day, and one day only, then move on to the next.
If you'd like to play around with combinations, feel free to do so.
Some that have worked well for me are...Tongkat & Tribulus
Catuaba & Ashwagandha
Yohimbe & Schizandra
Antler Velevet & Rhodiola
Remember...There is no instruction manual, rule book, or strict outline that you need to follow here.
Continue on with your
exercise, optimize your
diet, control
estrogen levels and cycle your supplements following the the principles outlined above.
Trust in yourself, listen to your body, and pay attention to how you feel!
When you get it right, you'll know it every single time!
Do these things, and you'll keep your testosterone levels locked into the zone for decades to come.
