Here's something that may surprise you.
You don't have to be an old man to have them.
I got an email last night from a guy in his early 30's who had one of the worse cases of OMB I've ever heard about.
Here's what happened...
A routine blood test came back and showed he had slightly low

Exercise with high intensity 4 days per week!
High intensity exercise, especially in a fasting state, will boost human

Here are the exercises I recommend...
Wind sprints,
jump rope,
squats, and dead lifts.
Wear a Ball Zinger Penis Ring!
I recommend the more expensive Silver Zinger.
It's smaller, so you can wear it up to 20 hours a day.
It won't happen every day, but that's the number you need to shoot for.
Switch to a paleo diet!
This is the diet I follow 95% of the time.
Follow this plan, with a few minor modifications, and you'll be mimicking the diet developed by the old school bodybuilders in the 50's and 60's.
I like to call it the testosterone diet!
Reduce your Male Estrogen Load!
You've got to get ruthless, and remove all the estrogen mimicking
chemicals in your environment, and all the estrogenic foods in your
diet.
