As humans age testosterone levels begin to drop.
By the time you hit your late 30's, free testosterone levels decline at a rate of about 2-3% per year. This means that in a single decade you can lose as much as 30% of your free testosterone.
No wonder so many aging men have fatigue symptoms, short term memory loss, weak erections, low sexdrive, and other signs of low testosterone
Since human aging can't be stopped, we have to look for ways to maintain youthful testosterone levels. We must, at all costs, avoid the negative effects of low T. I don't know about you, but I have zero interest in dealing with osteoporosis, fraility, muscle wasting, dementia, depression, hypertension, heart disease, etc, etc..
This was not mother natures plan!
I'm not saying you shouldn't be aging at all, that would be impossible. What I am saying is, you should be aging differently than you are now!
Look at your typical older male. In most cases, at least here in the US, it's not a pretty picture. I think we need to face the facts. We are aging horribly! Estrogenic foods, plastics and chemicals in the enviroment, obesity, lack of exercise, and more are creating this slippery slide toward a miserable life, and a miserable death.
But, there is hope!
I was shown an article by a friend of mine recently. The article was about a guy who had surpassed the 100 year mark. He lives on the island of Okinawa, in Japan. I'm sure you've heard of Okinawa. Some of the longest lived people in the world come from this island, so it's not surprising he resides there.
Let's talk about this man for a moment, because I think we can learn a lot from him. Here are a few facts from the article that left a major impression on me....
He does not own a television, so he doesn't spend hours on the couch staring at the TV. Pretty good start...
He doesn't own a car, so he gets around on a bicycle. Exercise!
He eats a traditional, whole food, Okinawan diet. He's not eating sweet cereals, french fries, donuts, cookies, chips, and all the other junk we put in our mouths.
Everyday, he rides his bike to the beach and swims in the ocean. More exercise, and vitamin D exposure from the sun. Vitamin D is a hormone precursor and is vital for testosterone production.
He has a very tight network of family and friends. He's not lonely, isolated, or depressed.
He has a compelling reason to get out of bed every morning, a sense of purpose and acheivment. At 100+, a long bike ride, and swim in the ocean is quite an acheivment.
He takes no prescription medications or other drugs, and doesn't abuse alcohol.
He lives in a clean enviroment, which reduces his chemical load, and exposure to estrogen mimics.
The most impressive part of this story was, the man looks amazing. He is lean, muscular, tan and fit. His brain and memory are still operating as they should. He's happy, vigorous, energetic and full of life. To me this is absolute, 100%, irrefutable evidence that..
This man, more than a century old, has maintained adequate testosterone levels right to the very end.
He won't live forever, but I can guarantee you this, his quality of life during his final years here on earth, will far surpass those of most other men living on this planet.
On the pages of this website you'll find the tools you need to do the same.
