I've been in this situation myself...
When it was happening to me, I tried to accomplish stuff...get up, get busy, be productive, but I didn't have the fuel to sustain the ride.
My testosterone tank was running so low, I'd bite into something, chew for a while, then spit it out before the meal was done.
Sound familiar?
If so, then make it a point to remember this....
Once you fuel up your hormonal tank, that laziness that afflicts you so harshly now, is going to blow away like so much dust in the wind.
I say this with absolute conviction, because I know for a fact that a man with testosterone is a man of action...
So much so in fact...that he'd rather suffer through extreme torture, than spend 4 agonizing hours laying around on the couch, doing absolutely nothing.
I used to be one of those, get up at 8:00 am types...
I didn't have anything overly exciting to get me out of bed earlier, so why would I bother?
I'd used to look at all those "early in the morning people", and think to myself, these guys are crazy!
Back then, when it was warm bed vs cold tile floor, the bed won out every single time.
But that changed for me in a big way once I hit stride in the hormone department.
Today I got out of bed at 5:30 am...not because I had too, but because I REALLY wanted to.
Why?
Because I had to go after my thing, of course.
You're probably saying to yourself right now, but I don't have my very own thing!
And my answer to you is, don't worry about it.
And why is that?
Because once you get your T back into the zone, your thing is going to find you.
And that my friend, is a promise!
