How to Lose Weight Fast!
No Starvation Or Willpower Required!Hi Mark,What is the best way to lose fat around the middle?
From the knees up above my navel I'm in pretty bad shape with lots of flabbiness and
belly fat.Every year about this time I get fed up and start running 2 to 3 miles several times a week.
This usually lasts about a month or so and then I'm back to my old ways.
I want to do it right this time, and would like to hear your thoughts.

Hello Phil,
If I were in your shoes, here's exactly what I'd do to get back in control of the situation.
First...I'd walk into my kitchen and throw all the packaged, refined, over heated, processed, industrial foods straight into the waste basket.
Then I'd go shopping for the real stuff!
My list would look something like this...- Grass Fed Beef
- Free Range-Organic Eggs
- Salmon & Other Cold Water Fish
- Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Macadamias
- Avocados, Berries, Citrus, Apples
- Onions, Garlic, Leafy Greens, Lettuce
- Grass Fed, Raw Butter and Raw Whole Milk
- A Couple Bars of 85% Dark Chocolate
- A High Quality Red, Preferably Pinot Noir
I'd live on the above foods, exclusively, because I know for a fact that 90% of my
weight loss will occur in the kitchen.
In other words, the foods above will fuel the fat loss, much more than aerobics, or running 3 miles a day will.
Why?Because once I make the switch away from industrial carbs, and towards
whole unprocessed foods, I step off the blood sugar roller coaster.
And once blood sugar levels are stabilized, I'll begin eating like a normal human being again, automatically.
This means no more walking back into the kitchen an hour after lunch looking for the chips, ice cream, or cookies.
Trust me...If you regularly fill your stomach on the foods recommended above, you won't even think about eating for 4 hours after consuming a meal.
This means that will power is no longer required or necessary... you can eat when you're hungry, and not stop until you're completely satisfied.
Finally...You do need to exercise, but not even close to the way you're used to.
From here on out think muscle mass, power, and strength...not long duration, catabolic and boring.
