Hormonal Failure! Your Mental Game & How to Win!

Hormonal Failure! Your Mental Game & How to Win!Hi Mark,I sent you a question last November about my low
testosterone and erection problems.
You went into great detail explaining everything I needed to do.
I read your response and was very grateful and also excited about what lay in store for me.
I followed your advice for a while and did everything you told me to do, and things were going great.
Then the old lazy me came back into the picture.I gave in to my sugar addiction and then stopped exercising altogether, even though I had lost weight and felt much better.
Of course all my sexual problems came back too, and I got depressed on top of everything.
After 8 months of feeling miserable, I came back to your site, and re-read your response to me, and once again became inspired to fix my life.
It's only been 3 1/2 weeks, but I'm determined to stay with it this time.
I made the commitment and ordered your
herbal testosterone supplements and have been cycling for 2 weeks, and all I can say is, my response has been tremendous!
I also cleaned up my diet again, and am back to the
short exercise routines. I'm pissed at myself, because I can only imagine where I'd be if I had of stuck with it the first time.
But that's OK, because I feel so much better eating this way, and in less than 4 weeks, I'm already down 11 pounds. (Although I still have a long way to go).
I just wanted to let you know that I'm back on the plan, and very grateful for the time you've spent responding to my questions.
I'll let you know how everything works out in the months ahead.
Thanks!

Hello Eric,
Keep something in mind...
No matter what you're trying to accomplish in life, there will always be setbacks.
And an important part of winning any battle is having a deep understanding of this important fact.
So when you said...Then the old lazy me came back into the picture.I knew right away that your failure the first time around had nothing to do with laziness.
It had to do with a lack of understanding of this important concept.
Remember, no human being living on planet earth is perfect.
We all screw up, fall short, and fail from time to time.
The only difference between those who stay down, and those who get right back up is this...
Winners don't put themselves down!In other words...
After they take a hit, they don't add to the pain by going on the attack.
Remember...When you call yourself lazy, fat, or stupid you're ripping your soul apart from the inside out..
And these self inflicted wounds will tear you down just as effectively as a knife, a sword, or a 357 magnum will.
So...From this day forward, never put yourself down again...
When you stumble, chalk it up to human nature...then get yourself back up and start moving again.
Finally...Always remember that life is a journey, not a destination...
Your only mission is to ensure, that on most days, your boots are pointed in the right direction.
That's all any of us can do...
Looking forward to your next update!
