Exercise is important for weight loss and fitness, sure,
But...
Nothing will shed the pounds faster than a change in diet.
Of course, many people don't buy into this theory...they believe exercise is the only answer.
So they'll go ahead and eat that half gallon of ice cream tonight, and burn it off during a 5 mile run in the morning.
The problem with this plan is, it's not sustainable!
At least not for most people.
Why?Because one day, the alarm is going to go off, and your warm bed is going to sound much better than a 5 mile run out in the cold.
I keep my body in outstanding shape, exercising 10 to 15 minutes a day, 3 times a week, max.
And how is that possible?
It's my diet, plain and simple!
I consume foods that do not promote fat accumulation.
Foods that keep my blood sugar and my insulin levels, well within the optimal range.
A diet that suppresses the raging, out of control appetite, that carb heavy, industrial eating always brings on.
Here's my challenge to you!
