I know something about you that you probably don't even know yourself.
Your estrogen levels are too high!
How do I know that?
Because you're a male, living in the modern world.
A modern world swimming in estrogenic substances and compounds...
They're in the food you eat, the water you drink, and yes, even the air you breath.
This creates a few problems for a guy looking to maintain his muscle, his sex drive, his masculinity.
You see, run away estrogen does many things too a man, and not a single one of them are any good.
One of these is feminine fat distribution, where excess weight accumulates around the breasts, hips, butt and thighs.
You have to admit, it's hard to feel like a real man when your body starts looking like your very own mothers..
Let the slide continue, and you may develop full blown gynecomastia or manboobs.
And let's not forget about the prostate problems...
You see, estrogenic substances bind to estrogen receptor sites on the prostate, which can lead to benign prostatic hyperplasia, or even cancer of the prostate tissue.
Medical science is slowly but surely shifting the blame for these problems, from the old fall guy, testosterone, to the true culprit, estrogen.
But old and tired theories sometimes die hard.
Personally, I think it's time we put this one to bed for good.
Why?
Because if it we're simply the testosterone, hormone drunk 20 year olds would be dropping around us like flies.
That's not happening!
Don't forget, a guy was meant to operate with high levels of testosterone in his system.
Estrogen? Well that's another story...
I'll admit, a man needs a little, sure, but little is the operative word here...
So, if you're accumulating fat in all the wrong places, having difficulty urinating at night, have sore, enlarged, or tender breasts, cry at the movies, have a hard time getting solid erections, or have low sex drive....
You need to pay attention to your estrogen levels!
Most doctors will tell you that anything below 54 pg/mL is normal.
Sorry, but once again, I have to disagree with doctor man...
I've personally run the gamut from above 50, all the way down to 20, and trust me, 20 feels much better.
Here's what I do now to keep my levels parked in that zone, permanently!
