Cycling DHEA and Pregnenolone!

Cycling DHEA and Pregnenolone!Hi,I'm new to your site and find it to be very interesting. I'm looking forward to going through your articles.
About 2 years ago I realized that the little guy hadn't been
standing at attention in the morning for a long time and that my marriage was dying for lack of interest.
So I went to the Dr. He tested my Testosterone at 472 (ref. interval: 241-827).
He put me on DHEA, Pregnenolone, Nettle Root, Maca and DIM which I take every day.
After 4 months on this, my testosterone was up to 611. Now, a year later my T is at 527 (using a different lab with a ref range of 185-650).

My crude analysis of this is that my T levels started at 40% of the range, jumped to 63% with the supplements the Dr. suggested and eventually climbed to 74%.
I haven't noticed any side effects that you mentioned in your last blog- but am concerned that they might develop in the future.
But most important: Mr. Woody is back in the mornings about half the time and both of us are much happier with my level and frequency of performance.
Of course it could be better. I could be doing it 7 days a week instead of the 5 I average now.
So, here's my question.
Should I stay the course, at least for now with something that seems to work but which might be harming me, and perhaps try to make slight improvements like adding Tribulus?
Or should I dump the DHEA and Pregnenolone and go with the rotation of the
7 Herbs as you suggest?
Sincerely and best wishes

Hi Paul,
First off, I'd like to say nice work!
You found a doctor that didn't run straight for his prescription pad the minute you walked through the front door.
That's a real rarity these days, so shake his hand for me the next time you see him.
His protocol is a bit different than mine, but it seems to be helping you somewhat.
I can't overrule his orders without risking serious trouble, but I can tell you what I would do if I were in your shoes.
Fist off, I would continue on the pro-hormones he recommended, but instead of daily supplementation, I would cycle them.
Also...I would add the 7
Testosterone Boosters into the rotation, in order to create bigger gaps between the DHEA and Pregnenolone dosages.
This should minimize your chances of experiencing negative side effects.
In my book, it's chronic daily supplementation with a single product, day in and day out, that gets you into trouble.
In other words, if you have a gap of 7 to 10 days between your DHEA and Pregnenolone doses, side effects are much less likely to occur.
You should also consider adding a
Ball Zinger Penis Ring into your repertoire.
Most of the regulars around here own and use the device at night while they sleep.
The Zinger is extremely affordable and readily available on ebay, so there's really not much of a downside to trying it out.
My gut tells me it would be a good fit for you, (No pun intended)
Finally...If you'd like to finish things off nicely, try adding an
Edging Session or two to your weekly routine.
Edging will boost ejaculation volume, male hormone levels and sex drive, free of charge, without any side effects whatsoever.
Give it a try and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Good luck!
