Cure For Gynecomastia! Natural Gyno Treatment
Hi Mark, great website!
I am an 18 year old and have had gynecomastia since I was roughly 16.
I have visited my doctor and he advised me that it would disappear by itself within 2 - 3 years, but I have seen no progress.
I'm wondering what you think I could do to cure my gyno and get my life back on track?
Gyno is a real emotional problem for me.
Thank you!
Hi Aron,
Testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, growth hormone and prolactin all worked in harmony to produce the breasts growing on your chest.
But they didn't work alone!
A key player in this game is IGF-1, the same substance that plays a role in the acne you see sprouting up on your face, chest and shoulders.
The same acne that showed up right around the time you were developing your gyno.
You may be asking yourself right now, how did he know I was suffering with acne?
I'll tell you how!
Because I know for a fact that a young male does not develop breasts unless things have headed way South in the hormone department.
And the primary fuel that drives this hormonal destruction is the acne triggering hormone, insulin.
The insulin brought on by super sized colas, half pound bags of Doritos, and the number 3 off the McDonald's lunch menu.
Remember...
The massive carb load these foods deliver, has to be dealt with, and insulin is the hormone that gets that job done.
Now here's the kicker...
The insulin spikes brought on by these high carb foods, is what causes IGF-1 to spike in the body.
Now, IGF-1, in and of itself, isn't a bad thing, but excessive IGF-1 most definitely is.
Why?
Because excess IGF-1 in the blood, combined with insulin, is what starts a chain of events, that leads to the development of acne on the face and body.
This chain of events also causes a hormonal tail spin, resulting in excessive production of numerous other hormones...
Including testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, growth hormone and prolactin, the exact same cocktail of hormones required to fuel the development of breasts in men.
Here's a question you need to ask yourself.
What exactly is inside the stuff you've been calling food for the last 18 years?
If the answer to this question is bleached white flour, corn starch, high fructose corn syrup, and hydrogenated vegetable oil, there's your problem.
And the solution?
Easy, start eating a species appropriate, whole foods diet, then sit back and watch your acne clear up entirely in a matter of days.
And the gyno?
If a hard lump has developed underneath your nipple area, surgery is going to be your only option.
If there is no lump, follow the Paleo Diet without fail, and exercise with high intensity several times a week, to build muscle and burn body fat.
Do this, and I guarantee you, you'll be very pleased with the outcome.
