Is it worthwhile to use the herbs you recommend even if you are young and fit and your T levels are probably good enough already?
To put it another way, are these

Let's define "good enough" testosterone levels first.
I say this because men who have their hormones dialed in don't come into this neighborhood very often.
In other words, they wind up here because something isn't working right.
Since you're here now, looking around, reading, and emailing questions you need to ask yourself...
- Are your testicles hard, heavy and full?
- Do women of all shapes and sizes draw your attention?
- Do you wake up with a morning erection 7 days a week?
- Do you ejaculate at least 1 tablespoon when you have an orgasm?
- Do you carry plenty of lean body mass and muscle on your frame?
- Are you highly driven, energetic and motivated to achieve in your life?
- Do you have sexual thoughts and fantasies several times throughout your day?

If you answered yes to all the above, I'd have to agree that your testosterone levels probably are good enough.
If this is the case, I wouldn't bother with the
herbal supplements.Unless....You're looking to pack on some serious
muscle mass.

Not just for the testosterone boost, but to increase energy levels and motivation in the gym.
